How do I place an order?
Add the products you want to your cart, choosing sizes where needed. Open your cart, enter your name and delivery address, choose how you'd like to pay, then select “Place Order via WhatsApp”. We'll confirm availability, your total and your delivery day.
How is my order sent through WhatsApp?
When you select “Place Order via WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a message listing your products, quantities, delivery details and payment method. Review the message, edit it if you like, then tap send. Your order is only placed once you send it in WhatsApp.
How can I pay?
You can pay cash on delivery, or by EcoCash to 077 477 3122. Paying by EcoCash adds a fee of $1.00 to your order total. If you choose EcoCash, please wait until we've confirmed your order and total on WhatsApp, then send the payment and share the EcoCash confirmation message with us.
How can I enquire about product availability?
Every product page has an “Ask about this product” option that opens WhatsApp with the product's details. You can also ask about availability in your order message or use the enquiry form on this page.
Can I ask about product sizes?
Yes. If you're unsure which size to choose, ask us about the specific product and we'll help. Mention your little one's age to help us advise.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries go out every Thursday and Saturday. We'll confirm the delivery day when we reply to your order.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 06:00 – 21:00; Tuesday & Friday: 06:00 – 15:00; Saturday: 06:00 – 18:00; Sunday: Closed.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse, build a cart and place an order without signing up. Your cart is saved on your device.
